Directions
If you are coming from South Redondo, take a right in the driveway past Shamrock Plumbing. It's past Ruby and before Pearl.
Parking
Our driveway for our parking lot is on the South side of the building. Feel fee to park anywhere in our lot except for Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays (9-5) when our neighbors are busy. There are 3 parking spots marked Amie House closest to the building and several 1 hour and blank spots in the lot for our guests.
Your Arrival
Please walk around to the entrance at the front of the building and enter the vestibule. Denise Dias Skincare is the door on the left. (#102) Once inside, please have a seat and I'll greet you shortly. If I am still in a treatment with the previous guest and the door is locked, please have a seat in the vestibule.
Your appointment time is reserved especially for you. Please aim to arrive 5-10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time. If you arrive after your scheduled appointment time, it may not be possible to extend the time available for your booked service. If your service is shortened due to late arrival, you will still be charged the full cost of the service.

Environment
We try too create a relaxing environment for all providers at Amie House and ask that you silence your cell phones before you come in and use your spa/zen voice once inside.
Delays
If you're running late, I understand. Just drop me a TEXT to let me know, and I will leave the candles lit for you!
Should you arrive late, we may still need to complete your service at the originally scheduled time in consideration of our next guest. If you are running more than 15 minutes behind, there is a possibility that we may need to reschedule you for a more convenient time. Booking, Changing and Canceling your appointment
When booking your appointment, new or first time clients will be asked to provide a credit card number to hold your appointment, but will not be charged at that time. We accept cash, checks, credit cards, Venmo, and Zelle at time of
check out.
Any appointments cancelled less than 48 hours prior will be charged a non-refundable cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of your total scheduled service. Changes can be make up to 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. Anything after that, we ask that you call or text.
Appointments that are no-showed will be charged a fee equivalent to the total cost of your scheduled service and is non-refundable. No-show means not showing up within 15 minutes of your scheduled appointment start time. A visit will automatically be deducted from the clients package or membership when they are a no show.

Illness or Family Emergency
If you, or another person in your family, has an infectious or contagious illness, please contact us as soon as possible to reschedule your appointment for a later date. There is no penalty or timef rame required in this case, for your safety and that of other clients.
